Using this platform
By using Verisa, you agree to provide accurate information when ordering products or booking consultations, and to use the platform only for lawful personal use.
Medical guidance, not a diagnosis
Content, AI-assisted analysis and dermatologist consultations on Verisa provide wellness guidance and professional medical opinions respectively, but are not a substitute for emergency care. For severe reactions or urgent symptoms, please visit a hospital.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by a listing mistake, with a full refund.
Consultations
Video consultations are conducted by registered medical practitioners in accordance with India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Prescriptions are issued at the dermatologist's professional discretion.
Limitation of liability
Verisa is not liable for outcomes arising from misuse of products or self-administered treatment outside a dermatologist's guidance.
