How we use it
Your information is used to process orders, run consultations, generate prescriptions and personalise product recommendations. Medical information shared for analysis or consultations is used solely for that purpose.
Who can see your medical information
Photos, concern notes and prescriptions from consultations are visible only to you and the treating dermatologist. Our free guest AI analysis processes your photo in your browser for that session only.
Data retention
Account and order data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
