Delivery timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days across India, and within 1–2 days in most metro cities. You'll receive tracking updates by SMS and email once your order ships.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders above ₹699. A flat ₹49 delivery fee applies to orders below that amount.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, expired or incorrect item, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Returns
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened skincare and haircare products aren't eligible for return unless the item was defective.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
